The salary of employees who work in this company for 3 years is 40% less than the market salary. 3) weak team structure, someone with less experience and industry knowledge can be your Lead here. 4) Task priorities change frequently 5) they don't explain tasks well, causing many problems on the website. then they blame QA for the issue. 6) All tasks have high priority and as a QA you don't know which task will go live today and everytime they live at 6 pm. 7) DON'T TRUST ON 4-5 STAR REVIEWS because they ask employees to add reviews in the office itself so every employee gives only 4-5 stars....Read More
