As a fresher to start with this company is quite good. Here we can start a fresh career with new technology of IBM which no other company now a days provide you. Good environment to learn and start your career.

The most important thing i dont like about the company is their way of thinking. They never care for the emoloyee. Their management is very very poor, and also salary increment is not satisfiable for any1.

I am working here a software engineer.working in IBM tools like websphere,BPM, filenet, navigator, datacap and also DB2. All of the thing i worked as a administrator in overall tools which i have mentioned above.

I have not personally impacted but there were layoffs. Many people who were recruited recently, training and are waiting for projects were laid off. Their confidence will be affected. For others who aren't affected also started thinking about job security.
