I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Environment is highly conducive to learning, and my colleagues are friendly and supportive.Plus, if you have lower salary expectations, it can be a good place to start your career and gain valuable experience.

Dislikes

The micromanagement can be frustrating, the work culture isn't always balanced, and the salary increments are quite low. Additionally, the HR team is one of the worst I've experience unethical , unprofessional, and lacking in support and responsiveness.
