Very bad work environment . Lots of exceptions from freshers . No any work policy is followed ,polices are keep changing according to management needs. No salary on time. No job security at all ,they can throw you off according to their requirements. Lots of internal politics. No work life balance .

They just Terminate or ask for forcefully resignation, doesn't matter you are petmanent or on probation If you ask for salary update. As no fix date for salary 10-30 any date. No job security. Poor management. PF deducted from salary but not deposited in your EPF account. basically they're doing fraud.

I am in Mumbai location, there is no growth in terms of knowledge or increment, u don't get salary on time using oldest technology worst in terms of your growth by mistake if u get an increment it will be like 700 or 1000 max.
