there is a long list for that. max to max 6 % hike in 1.5 to 1.8 year time period. salary will come at the end of next month near 25 -26 ( before 15 no need to expect). Management won't listen and make you adaptable for their exploited environment. Fire you anytime without any warning or else. notice period is of 3 months in whichthey hold the salary of 1st and 3rd month and full & final will come in after 60/90 days or your last working day and in installment or basic salary and when ask to management they wont listen at all.
