My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?

They indirectly hire you for project basis. Of they are not getting money from client they will fire you. They have some 10 15 permanent employees who never want to left the company. So they never fire them. If you are a fresher... Join them otherwise not.
