There is no job security here. Incentive on closing the position to the recruiter is very low. There is no cafeteria in the office. Company don't recognize the efforts put by the employees. If you meet the daily target before the end of the day, then the management increases the target but there is no appreciation for efficiency. There is no pressure from your superiors or managers once they assign you a task. They give full space to work at your own pace and comfort which in my opinion is the biggest thing because if I compare with other places I have worked for... they ask for updates every hour. Also employees are quite friendly and helpful.
