Attention jobseekers, I want to share my experience with TechSaga Corporation Noida (near metro station sector 15). Regrettably, I blindly joined this company without checking reviews on social media platforms. It turned out to be a fraudulent company that terminated me without any valid reason. They not only withheld my 22 days' salary but also the one-month notice period salary. When I escalated the issue to the director, Mr. Rahul Mishra, he claimed ignorance about the termination, despite being marked in the CC mail by HR. This company, collectively, deprives employees of their hard-earned money, and their business practices are questionable. The internal environment of the company is unpleasant, with decisions being made unilaterally without considering multiple perspectives. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
