Work here only if you want to get your self confidence crushed!!!! The talent acquisition manager will insult you everyday and treat you like a miserable employee. He will shout and complain about everything you do. The director doesn’t care about the employees and he blindly follows the manager, the HR never checks what’s wrong with the employees and why the attrition rate is so high. Even if the HR tries to check the manager threatens you to give a position feedback. The team lead is useless and lives in a fear of the manager. His favourites gets all the benefits and enjoys their work, only they know the true meaning of work life balance. He expects you to login at 8am and logout at 12pm.
