Its a great learning experience here. You get to explore new opportunities and new technologies.. Unlike other companies where you are hired to do just one job and keep doing same thing all the time, here things are different.. you can actually learn more technologies outside your main domain. Management is supportive

Dislikes

Sometimes work pressure is more due to strict deadlines, but i have learned to work under pressure which is a good thing.

If you are working more then double of your time commited at the time of NDA you can servive and will be able to get salary.

Dislikes

The current month in which you are working you do not know you will get salary for this month or not.No work life balance.10 times in a day they will ask what is status, still they will not be clear.those guys do not have any process
