Excellent work-life balance. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to, its a fair trade.

Initially I started my career as Digital marketing executive with Techno Kryon and after 1 year they gave me chance to boost my knowledge and shape my career as a software Developer. Here I'm not getting salary properly,they will deduct my salary by saying some reason.lots of micro management and need to take only 30 mins break.if we are taking morethan 30 mins of break the will mark as LOP.Worst management and unqualified manager is maintaining this company.
