Dislikes

There is so much work load on one person. All documentation,labour compliance, inventory, mechanical maintance, and man power handle all these have to do me. Also whenever problem rise I have to attend without c off. In weak 2-4 days gone on breakdown work. So I became so tired.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
