The company is working on employee satisfication as well as customer priority. Company management give opportunity to improve our skill In various field on the basis of employee interest.i am happy to be with this company.because its HRM policy is very good.

Dislikes

There is so much work load on one person. All documentation,labour compliance, inventory, mechanical maintance, and man power handle all these have to do me. Also whenever problem rise I have to attend without c off. In weak 2-4 days gone on breakdown work. So I became so tired.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
