I had a very disappointed experiance with technians. They are just fooling and wasting time for the candidate. Here I was kept waiting for over 2 hours at the reception before my interview begun. and after that told me join immediately and when I agree to join the company as per their urgency to close the position on urgently. However, just a day before my scheduled joining, I was informed by HR (Jyoti Aggarwal) that the position had been put on hold and they would not be able to offer me the role. This unprofessional behavior not only wasted my time but also led me to decline other potential job opportunities. It's frustrating to see a company handle candidates this way - making false promises, pressuring for quick decisions, and then pulling back at the last minutes without any explanation or regard for the candidate's time and efforts. Such a lack of transparency and respect for candidates is disappointing. I hope the company improve its recruitment process to treat candidates with the professionalism they deserve....Read More
