There is nothing to worry about job security, there are a lot of projects and the HR team is easily accessible being a small company. I am working here for past 2 yrs and its good to interact with the team and the clients. Performance is recognized, performance bonuses, and work culture is overall good.

Food is coming limitly night shift US IT Recruiter is not getting full food but Finance department is giving freedom to eat food in canteen and then we provide bill receipt to finance department they claim and return money at the time of salary.

The job is quite interesting i struggles a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
