I am fortunate to working as Android Developer with Techlect Business Solutions family. Here we get new challanges with learning and loving the Technology you work for. Every staffs are very friendly and supportive. The company adopted different types of Project with diffrent domain and you will always love to work when you get more and more knowledge about different skills.

As deslike i have not found anything but should be more focus on employee.

Work Details

As Android developer my Responsibilty to develop android apps. I have also done the Testing of apps to deliver best and bug free apps.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
