I love this company's work-life balance and culture. Most of the people here are friendly and helpful. There are no issues with leaves. The boss and manager are super cooperative. They even help you and guide you in learning new skills.

Get to learn new things everyday, challenges come on daily basis, which motivates to go harder, Activities on weekends are good.

A lot of politics and management doesn't address our issue, full and final settlement was not fair.

The job was quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal process, I learnt on the job, I got a chance to handle team and wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Don't expect career growth or job security in this company, Politics is culture of the company. The pay scale is too low and the owner/employer shares a horrible feedback to next employer whether you did good work or not. Think thrice before joining this company. No compensation or benefits.

Work Details

It was hectic and even after putting efforts, you will not be appreciated. Rather you will be blamed if you are not following the politics of the company. I was not able to learn anything new and the company uses personal platforms to communicate.
