Work Details

It was hectic and even after putting efforts, you will not be appreciated. Rather you will be blamed if you are not following the politics of the company. I was not able to learn anything new and the company uses personal platforms to communicate.

Not Good culture, more than a negative environment. Work only if you're overconfident about your skills or if you don't care about job security. Because they don't care who you're, how much experience you have, they will fire you for very little to no reason only to save salaries. Especially if you're experienced because they earn more than interns. Their motive is to hire an experienced person, then hire 5-6 interns at stipend, and tell the experienced to teach them to work, as interns learn little work they will fire the experienced person because interns are being paid almost nothing to very little salaries, in a year they have fired 8 experienced employees out of 9-10 experienced employees (that's enough to judge the company).
