Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

It's not the people together it's the people in the middle. It's the usual case in all the company, when the top management starts trusting someone they never question them again. The people in the middle use this blind trust to their advantage and hide their improper management by blaming the employees. until the TLs and managers are questioned properly there is no hope of growth for this company. Worst Place to work. The management people was totally disrespectful. They don't know how to treat an employee. Having cheap mentality project managers, they won't treat employees in a professional way. They will force you to work in a different role. They even build a smooth relationship with HR professionals. Totally a waste of time.

You will get lot of dislike points to review and guide people.

Dislikes

Projects manager experience are irrelevant to the job position. They have no idea what's going on. And if any knowledge person suggest any idea they will fire them. They know only to do politics. top management is worst. Anytime you will be fired . no job security . Skilled people cant work here. Sometime company act as Jumanji, youcant get out of there when you wish. Lot of miscommunication between employee and top management. They never listen to employee problems and ideas.
