1) The people: The CEO is a chauvinist who thinks owing a Merc makes him upper class. The way he talks to women borders on harassment, the CTO is a sociopath . The VP is the only saving grace of this organisation, the other co founder is a Yes man. 2) The culture: If you have worked in any other company, then the culture or lack there of will blow your mind away, all the theatrics on social media is a like a smoke screen to hide the pathetic culture, there isn't a decent loo, no cafetaria. 3) The work: It's a service based company without the perks the traditional service based companies offer like travel or working for a big client....Read More
