Nothing, the management and the HR whose name is Amit, they are terrible, they belive in HIRE AND FIRE per their convenience, and even there is no training time for the new joinees, employees have to go one hour early that is they have to do 10 hours shift instead of 9 hrs for the training session, means only 1hr of training per daythat too by giving up your own sleep and time, and then the training schedule keeps changing and the management dont bother to inform that to the employees, if tgeres no training on a certain day ur 1hr gets simply wasted. Salary is at per, but if they are firing you then they pays you the compensation after a month, overall its one of the most unprofesional organisation i have ever seen in my lifem...Read More

Work was all about Us It Staffing, i enjoyed my work over there, but its on you, no one is going to help you there, you need manage everything on your own following the 1hr training program that they conduct everyday.
