Only office timming is good

There is no job security and no opportunity for growth. Whole year they don't say anything about the performance but at the time of increment they said you perfomance is not good so we will not able to give you the increment and sometimes they said currently our financial were not good so we can't gave raise. Lot of politics, management is not good.

Email marketer and SEOs often brainwash and toture each other teammates to resign just to secure their own position in company. management should be aware about such behaviour just because someone is behaving good in front of you doesn't mean they are supporting team behind you...no. many peoples left because of such brainwashing.

1.Company Culture is friendly,Managers are cool, No one will be standing out on ur head and saying complete by this week,.They give freedom to developer to decide timeline of task. 2.HR department is also very great, Leave policy is good. 3. Company MD is itself a fond of travelling, and twice or once a year they organise trip to Hills and do parties as well. 1. Growing skills over a period of time is only negative here, Because they dont adapt new technologies at the earliest, they dont focus on Code quality, they just only want work to be done, No one will ask you until client gives technology specific requirements. My advice to Management is please focus on these areas.

Work Life is Awesome, i enjoyed working there, I never bring my work home at 6 pm we all shut down the systems.Very rare happens that i have worked till late.
