No growth at all in Compensation. Very worst appraisal. Some times no appraisal.

Started worKing in technical things. With UK fixed shift. Currently working for general shift. worked in diff sectors with around 8 different projects. Scope to learn different projects with diff work skills. Nice growth opportunity in terms of skills.

I dislike the appraisal policy & the salary revision for IJP promoted associates. Also work culture is bit poor to balance personal like & work time.

I was totally dissatisfied with tech Mahindra. Specially for new joiners they get their salary after certification and if consultant do not pass certification then they don't get any salary.

Dislikes

Ops manager was supportive but managers are not at all supportive. Tech Mahindra offers good salary packages.

I was working their as team leader and I was alone handling team of around 60 and count was so high. Any how I managed for 6 months and left my job in frustration because colleagues and reporting manager was not supportive

The things that made Tech m nice are all gone. When employees are carefully planned and removed citing either cost cutting or performance planning its really anybodys guess how hood the organisation may be.

Dislikes

The pressure has gone from bad to worse and everyone seems to turn a deaf ear.
