Job security in Tech Mahindra is dependent on projects. My project & management were good. Hence the job security and work culture was pretty good. The management in my project was good in terms of mental support and overall work motivation.

The thing that hurts everybody in this field is that you don't get appraisals according to the skills and the efforts that you put in. This was the only issue that management did not look into even when they knew someone had given more than 100%.
