I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

I like the work time flexibility in Tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I felt that there exists no voice for employees. If we reveal anything about the manager, ofcourse we need to face the consequences as management always support manager. Also, we do not get any opportunity to develop our skills and in turn no career growth. Compensation and salary increment are very less and no bonus/motivational rewards will be provided.

Work Details

I worked as a Project Coordinator in TechM. I manage the projects from end to end and do cross country projects. Though I worked with clients and delivered good service, I didn't get an opportunity to visit client office because of internal politics.
