Working there can just improve your skills.
Dislikes
There is no support from HR, TL enyone even if you are right.
If you complete your target everyday, and you miss it for one day they wont let you go.
They wont understand family problem, even if anyone die they wont understand it.
They are seeking a chance to deduct your salary anyhow.
The transparency is 0%, they hide many things which you will come to know after working on floor for months or two.
Even if you are right they will plan and make you wrong and kick you out without paying you....Read More
