Company policies are very good. job security depends not upon ur work bt depends upon u and ur team leader relation. Management was so so. Work culture was good bt bt excellent

There is a lot of politics in management and also on the floor. Career growth is very slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Tech M is the worst company possibly any one can be in. It is such a nightmare that you cannot forget in your lifetime. Management is worst. Very low on appraisal and comparative to other very low wages.
