Company is good, it depends on process you are hired. Sometimes they give you extra work that cannot be completed within shift timings.

If you have joined tech mahindra as customer support associate only to compensate your livelihood then its ok either you are in domestic or international process but if you have joined to move in IT sector through IJP make sure to have a written confirmation of whatever is being told by the HR during HR Induction because it happens when HR tells that after six month from the date of joining you will be eligible to apply for IJP but its not like that and I am the victim of the false statement. Secondly managers of the domestic or the international project do not release the associate from the project neither gives approval to apply for IJP.
