A very worst experience in my lifetime is working with tech Mahindra No job security Very rude behaviour towards associate Without any valid reason they will terminate form the process No value of our time effort totally bad experience

The job security is good and well if you work good and everything is fine of your work, behaviour, and your discipline. The work culture is great. You get to learn skills and others from the company. Management is good for employees and as well as managers.

No job security at all co just uses you until their work is done especially when there is an apple Or samsung phone launch after the launch gets older co just terminates the employees for no reason Or just finds any small reason reason to terminate.
