*The incentives payment timeline - Unlike other companies techM provide you the incentives after 45 days of the month hence once the cycle started you'll get kind of 2 salaries a month... *There is a mid year party and an annual party , both are pretty good in terms of enjoyment

Travel accommodations are available which is very helpful and also saves money. Training phase is good, trainers see that you learn the work efficiently and also no stress period of your working life.

After spending like min 5 years you get the slightest chance of growth, yes you do get appraisal every year but you will be doing the same job every day and you will still have the same designation. Very dull environment at work. The KPI's are absurd and even the Team leaders cannot fulfill it yet the company thinks the advisers canand will have to, to stay in the company. Work environment is very toxic and it affects your mental state and your personal life too....Read More

My work was very boring, it gets monotonous. I was in webchat dept hence all the communication with the customer was on chat, the queries are same. No challenge at all.
