No team to lead, no job security,at all max any GM in the company has lasted is 10 months, no systems and policy is mage on the go.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like it’s a company where one gets to do his job professionally. There is non what so ever for development or freedom and there is no workforce or time line or materials supply, It’s a disaster for professional people to work in their environment or leave any good job on hand to join TECH.

Work Details

Hectic, no work orders will be released on time, payments to contractors and sub contractors delayed beyond normal time frames, managed by non technical or professional trained personnel’s, freedome to develop is never given, there has been 8 GMs in 4
