Please note that all the Good Comments and Remarks you will see about this company is all forcefully submitted by the employee who are currently working in this company, they force their employees to put good feedbacks on Job sites and Google . But there is a big NO to join this company..The person who worked here everyone..Each onewill say that this is the worst company I have worked for.. Firstly you have no personal life of you work for TA Msg/ Techalpha Group LLC, Bavi Mumbai. The Management itself here are the worst kind of men's in the world, women's won't feel safe around them, your Phones, your Laptops could be checked anytime forcefully and Lunch Time only ladies and adult things would get discussed by management CEO itself. Advice is to please do not join this worst company in the world. They will force you to sign a contract that you can not work for any other company after leaving this company and they will ask you to sign the contract every year so you have no choice being a slave for them, yes they treat their employees more badly then a slave being treated....Read More

HR plays petty office politics. Anindita Dam doesn't have any HR knowledge but plays petty office politics. She will try to demean you and your experience but at the same time won't be able to explain simple recruitment metrics such as KPIs, attrition rate, recruitment cycle etc. Anindita even asks everyone to share their official email id and password with her, so that she can keep a watch on everyone. She expect the team to come to office at 10:30 am and leave the office at 7:30 Pm, else the attendance get irregular affect the salary. However, she herself leaves at 7:10pm. She rejected a candidate saying she is a woman candidate, even though the candidate was upto mark and the team lead was okay to hire her. The candidate too was willing to do night shift from home as per company's requirement. That's the kind of diversity inclusion this company promotes. An advice to anyone: "Don't join this company. First, they will pay you below the industry standard, then they will make you sign the bond, and finally one day they will call you in the cabin and ask you to leave the job." An advice to management: "You are trusting an HR ho doesn't know standard HR metrics and KPIs and you are expecting her to lead your team.
