Company is in deep trouble and every week there are silent layoffs They don't have budget and name of performance they laid down the people. Senior leader don't have vison how to grow instead they are focusing how and where to cut the budget. Recently company transfer over 1500+ employee to Accenture and shutdown there one or two units. Rumours are there 2 to 3 department also will shutdown in recent years. Long story short they may shutdown there office from India. My personal recommendation don't join TIAA atleast 2 years....Read More

Tiaa has 2 leadership , one frm US (provides work) and one frm India (people lead). Indian Leads are worst as they dont value the work you do. Worst strategy by Indian leads to fetch the work from US. Collegues specially from cybersecurity are insecure, they would defame others for promotions and steal a credit of your work and presnt to managers (you wont get to know).
