Don't come to this company at the early stage of your career. This company is full of cost cutting and almost every project is just support, hence B and C shift for which you'll not get paid (told ya, nxt level cost cutting).If you joined at early stage, then this company will squeeze all your juice, candidate moral will be at the lowest in his personal life. very very old projects with older versions of technology, no improvement in skills from projectwise. rating will play the major role here, they will give 4+ rating and band will be C or D least rating. so much of politics in hike.

Nothing Like. TCS is big name but internal situation is different and worst.

The management is worst and badly behaves with employee. Working in TCS (in my project) seems like we are working under and under rules of Britishers. No security and respect for females. Review for TCS, GG7.

TCS has very good work culture with very supportive colleagues, seniors, upper management, client and HR. I have experienced very good work life balance here with focus on effective and on time work delivery. Also job security is a prominent point here.

On time appraisal, salary increment are not satisfactory.

Salary hike is very bad. Like in 5 6 years also there will be no significant changes in your salary slip. No bonus or gift cards. No recognition of good work. Internal politics will hamper productivity. And the worst thing now is WFO without fail or else salary will be deducted.
