Tawoos was very popular and big company but employees salaries very low compared other Oman companies, no holidays daily 14 hurs duty, Food and Accommodation was good, not followed govt rules and regulations (labour's Law). I worked last 5 years I am not get any bonus and increments. They are want always work.

Job security - Poor
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

They are want work, I am working daily 12 to 13 hours, no holiday as per the oman labor law weekly once, weeklyoff is there, but tawoos not provided.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
