Please if you are fresher with Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering or any background except for chemical engineering and looking for job in Adama please don't come otherwise you life will be trash here. Many problems will you phase like discrimination for other states, here nepotism at the peak, No any types of guidelines for Freshers students my personal experience just time westing all I just come in morning without learning anything westing all time of 8 hours or doing work like fitter/ Electrician who pass in ITI or diploma.
