Multiple reporting system & No decision maker, Very poor Finance policy with in the short period forcefully break the policy, Finance related work doing other department only, especially Payment collection entry and all other finance related work taking care by Warehouse Team, Escalating the problems instead of seeking solution, So many people are working as SPY so that they still continue in this organization even they are poor performer. Work-Life balance is very difficult, in the SCM department only happening lots of changes, Corrective actions, Policy & Procedure follow up strictly, Finance department always catching the rat only instead of Elephant....Read More
