The way Leads behaving and how they are handling is very good . i did not see in my previous companies. i recomend Tavant as best in Development and Worklife balance. you know even if you want to work on weekends still they extend your development time but they sont like you to work on weekends. i am the proof. may be other teams idont know but now my teams is perfectly good. my lead sindhu is too good in management. in IT industry i dont think you wont get this type of manager. thanks to sindhu always. i checked with others teams they also told same thing....Read More

Office is in good location, you may need to walk not close to metro or bus stand.

Managers. They have no idea of what they are doing. They are just there to ask updates not contribute to anything. They won't let you grow. Mainly in mobile lead by man called dheeraj. Until he is there do not join his team he will make your life miserable, Just to save his job and his associate (rakesh) he fired many people without any logic.

If you are going through third party payroll, make sure you will get the salary matched at the time they make you permanent I had to loose my job because company didn't agree to give increment with regularisation, they didn't even agree to match the same package, It was heartbreaking, I don't want to leave this company, but will have to, due to salary

People here are dumb. Very less technical growth. Too much politics. They force for WHO. Less/No appraisal even during promotion. Very less annual appraisal. HR policies are really bad. Non-technical managers. Micromanagement, 2-3 managers in one project.

Manager Irene is super corrupt and has zero leadership and managerial skills but all she knows is how to remove anyone who will go against her and she loves to humiliate people and threat them to terminate.
