People here are dumb. Very less technical growth. Too much politics. They force for WHO. Less/No appraisal even during promotion. Very less annual appraisal. HR policies are really bad. Non-technical managers. Micromanagement, 2-3 managers in one project.

People work accordingly with their egos, nobody cares what customer wants, as long as you can fill pms ego, you can survive. I can prove this with my long run. But then, it's not worth anymore. Like people say, sometimes, when bad things are happening you have to be a mute spectator so that, they don't get a chance to learn

Company work culture is osum and employees will get opportunity to work in different technique without an request. Based on the requirements employees support. Company provide decent hike for most of the employees. Managers are good and they are friendly also understanding there employees needs. I am very happy to be part of this organization.

All just in paper, Sr management just please to get the work done till you are on work otherwise they will throw you out. Excellent company for bluffers, accompaning with sr.management for tea shops daily, big politicians who has zero talents other than pleasing management and senior management etc..

Lot of politics by Management and Sr. Management and HR, play politics and bios at all level of juniors like AD, Managers, leads, engineers, trainees. Unrealistic revenue goals set, Since it is a small company, they squeeze the work, day and night and no work life balance, week ends etc. Nothing great other than just speaking nicelyby mouth by Sr management people.
