Although the work life balance depends a lot on the project you are working in and the team around you, but Tavant as a company has overall a very good work culture and employee friendly benefits like leave policies, interview incentives, snacks on festivals etc. The company cares about its employees and takes feedback from time to time.

Sometimes you may see very less movement from one project to another and sometimes it becomes more frequent though and it depends on the project and client requirements as well.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

My overall experience in Tavant is very good. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
