They are mostly doing outsourcing only(Hiring people on their payroll and sent them directly to client location.. If there is project closure or contract closed by chance any opening with other client you remaining have the job otherwise you have to search outside) so job security rate is average only.. Think twice about your personal situation before join.

1. Before interview they quote a CTC.after cracking the client interview they ask to leave current organisation you put paper. At the end they come with new drama they say .we can't give CTC which we quoted earlier we have another candidate for less CTC which they quote.so they reduce CTC..Mine went from 5.5LPA to 4LPA. Sadly took offer cuz I put paper. 2.now salary is not properly crediting ..I get 80% salary they say silly reason to for that not punched in and out. 3.HR are not going to support.this HRs they only take care of recruiting only.. 4. I worked on project .my product saved 16k$ for client got appreciation from mail. My client manager said you going get monitory benifits for this...but company gave 0 .also no appreciation mail from this people. 5.usually companies release new increment on MAY/JUNE....but in this company it's JULY..and it will start crediting 6.Usually service based company gives training.but this company given 0 training from past 1.5 year...
