Huge number of enquires everyday hence lot of work also oppurtunity to learn a lot , but TPS hire candidates on contract basis put dem to third party agency and finally end up with not giving payment for dem , Its heaven for permanent employess and hell for contract employess

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
