Good for 35+ years not good for freshers as there is no structured learning modules

Dislikes
Unfair promotion, larger the department less is your chance of promotion even once in 7 year, in smaller department it is usually in 3 to 4 years. Some HODs are very toxic they do not think of their subordinates, growth is very low, as low 3% if you get bad grades and which is common for new comers
