We have plenty of leaves for the year.

There is nothing much to like about this organization. They don't have good projects. Rotational shifts. Also, I don't understand why they hire a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine fromengineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience....Read More

They are hire on 3rd party payroll. After 1 year they provide 1 more year extend. But "in TCL policy after 2 years you have to go cooling period for 3 Months, in that time you don't work so u don't get paid by company after 3 months you can eligible for given interview ". This policy is too much ridiculous. And there are no increment after 1 year. SO BE CAREFUL AND READ ALL THE POLICY.

My manager and AVP @ Rajesh S Ghuge & MM Bhure always think about his personal growth. my manager never promoted single employee during my entire tenure. do not join this org as off role. Everything , right from there CTC , they fool new joiners by adding health insurance and show them as part of CTC, reducing in-hand salary to great extent. Plus this is worst health insurance you will get its better to get different from outside.

You relationship with your boss defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products.
