Employee friendly Organization..as Tata having its own ethics and principles adapted at Sr level. The Organization failed to look at what is in reality at the ground level. it was so pathetic as the middle level control was never checked to ensure the approach is in sync with the Tata's business ethics. It was so politicized to take advantage always in a central control & never listen the ground situation. This means strictly insisting to adapt on Top down approach only. I have seen almost every domain having the similar approach in Tata Communications which may certainly silence the ground realities. Also, I dont understand the Superannuation policy for people retiring at the age of 60s. i personally feel TCL must have a policy to accommodate people who are healthy and knowledgeable to work further must be given opportunity continuing to work atleast for another term of 5 years. It was so pathetic for the people whoever goes on superannuation treated as a major trouble moved away and celebrate in a happy mood. Instead, Org. must give an opportunity that w'ther he willing to continue or not. If willing you may organize an interview/assessment process looking at him whether to accommodate further or not....Read More

Disliked due to its Top down / centralized policies.. must start business from the ground level/regional level.. not from central/Top level.
