TATA is a very wonderful company, it does not treat the employees like other companies but treats them like family members and takes full care of security. But there is also a problem in this, because of the work done by the bender, the members do not get the salary properly and the full amount of their work does not reach them as much as they are disturbing.

There is no work life balance as everyone is extremely overloaded as most teams are understaffed. Company does not value the employees at all. Focus is on optimising the headcount in anticipation of some automation efficiencies that are yet to be achieved. Salary range is on lower side as compared to peer companies and increments are pathetic.

Currently people are not able to manage work life balance due to work load. recently Tata comm has formed separate entity call novamesh and forcefully pushed cybersecurity department to novamesh entity. My manager and AVP @ Rajesh S Ghuge & MM Bhure always think about his personal growth. my manager never promoted single employee during my entire tenure. do not join this org as off role.
