It's used to be a good company, but over the time the decisions taken by the top leaders have tarnished the brand tata. It does not deserve to be called as tata company.

Dislikes

- CEO and top leaders don't have key skill set to run a e-commerce business. Current ceo does not understand tech and product role in a online business. Why would some one hire a offline experience guy at the top to run an online business? - They wasted money in hiring people whom they could not afford and then letting more people go along with them cause that created budget deficit. - Top leaders don't listen, it's more like a dictatorship. - Hiring favorites and letting non favorites go is the norm. - People stay in fear of top leadership, there is no job security, no learning....Read More
