Work culture is bad, deliverables keep changing just like dates change in a calendar. No clear vision from top management. Quite away from reality. Power resides with the ones preferred by top management. Don’t seem to prefer hiring people from relevant industry backgrounds, instead on top B-schools are preferred. Giving 2 days WFH (pre-pandemic) was considered a big advantage by the organisation!
