Bad work life as if you can't give time to your family....you can't balance life....job doesn't means 22hours job. On holiday job....no time for family.Cant plan holiday for family.

Don't go by brand. The company as an entity like all other companies is as always good, we don't leave the company but the bosses. Do not go by brand, The brand sounds good but the internal HR structure is very bad, even you will not get your resignation acceptance in time. HR will stop responding to you. Even after repeated complaints to the manager above you will not change. I wish people working in this sector should not get a reporting manager like Mr. Basu. He is incapable and a disaster to the company but even after repeated company higher management did not remove or have not taken proper action.
