Teammates are good. But the Management is Hegemonistic in all matters. MIS is a fully failure, as the two way communication is a non exist. Internal Customer Servicing is lackadaisical in nature and bureaucratic in system. As example, I received my ICard after 8 months with regular persuasions. Boring

Generally speaking,my work is almighty challenging as I have to sell insurance to client and after have to recruit agent for sale their insurance. And manage a team of 10 persons teach them about insurance policy how to sell insurance policies.
