My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. Management is full of politics, not supportive if you need any kind of help. No proper working hours as mentioned in offer letter. It may exceed after 6:30 p.m. Sat and sunday there is too much pressure to go on F2F meetings. Promotions are tough beacuse targets are very high .
